We want CanonDraft Pro to be worth it. If it isn't, you can have your money back.

Free trial

Both Pro plans, monthly and yearly, start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're charged for CanonDraft Pro, whether it's your first payment or a renewal, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that charge. You don't need to give a reason. Once the refund is made, your subscription is cancelled and Pro ends.

How to ask for a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. To ask for a refund, either:

• use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net; or
• email us at yt@paintingpictures.co.in from the address you used at checkout, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Pro Plan · Billing in the app. Cancelling stops future charges, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. After the 14-day window, cancelling doesn't refund the current period, unless the law where you live says it must.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
